1st NT feels so confident in its product that it does not require a contract or any obligation upon activation of your web hosting account.

Each of our web hosting plans carries a 30 day money back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with our services within the first 30 days of your use, you will be given a full refund of the contract amount excluding any setup fees and overages.

Setup fees are fully refundable for one of the following reasons: 
1. the account order is canceled prior to service setup or activation.
2. the domain name was not available for registration.

For web hosting contracts of 3 months or less, the full contract amount less any setup fees and overages will be refunded if 1st NT is notified within the first 30 days following activation. No refund is available after the 30th day, but any unused month is refundable if cancellation is provided prior to the end of the month.

For web hosting contracts of over 3 months or special promotions, the full contract amount less any setup fees and overages will be refunded if 1st NT is notified within the first 30 days following activation.  No refund is available after the 30th day. Options added are prorated for the full term of the contract.

This policy does not apply to any additional services such as file transfer overages, disk space, pop accounts, domain parking, special support, etc.

All cancellations must be received via email at accounting@1stnation.com or by regular mail. Phone requests will not constitute acceptance of any cancellation.

No Contract/Obligation Required

Dedicated and Colocation service requires a monthly contract because of the nature of the special setup required.  Since we are so sure that you will appreciate the services we can provide you with, we give you the freedom of signing up on a monthly, quarterly or yearly basis. Future billing frequency is optional upon sign up or by customer request.You may cancel your account at any time and there is no minimum contract to sign. You will be refunded for any service not used per our policies.
